Join the IT Operations team that oversees the network and server infrastructure of Pareto Securities worldwide.

The role will be located in Oslo, supporting our global workforce in 10 different countries. Your role will focus on internal application operations, mainly on our Windows platform. In addition, you will be taking part in analysing and handling events from our cybersecurity systems as well as our security operations centre (SOC). Bring your excellent troubleshooting skills and security-first mindset to our team of highly skilled employees!  

Key responsibilities:

• Maintaining and supporting application operations on a Windows platform
• Follow up on vendor support tickets
• Second- and third-line support
• Develop, improve, and automate reporting
• Creating and maintaining operational documentation
• Maintain backup infrastructure and jobs
• Continuously monitor metrics and availability
• Capacity planning
• Assist in handling of security incidents

Qualifications:

• Preferably bachelor’s degree, minimum high school level with relevant work experience
• Minimum three years of experience working within an IT Operations Environment
• Experience deploying and managing SSL certificates
• Experience with hyper-converged infrastructure
• Experience with PowerShell and automation
• Good understanding of TCP/IP
• Financial or similar industry experience is desired
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written

• Able to perform concurrent tasks while effectively adjusting priorities
• Solution-oriented with a high degree of flexibility
• Effective communication skills, equally able to communicate cross-functionally as well as within the team
