As a part of our IT Support team, you will collaborate with colleagues in Oslo, Stockholm, and Frankfurt, supporting Pareto employees across 10 countries. In this important role, you will be at the forefront of our global operations, delivering essential support to users worldwide across our business areas. Key responsibilities:

• Provide first- and second-line remote support to our global user base
• Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory/Entra ID
• Address and resolve security incidents swiftly
• Collaborate with internal experts and vendors
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 and internal applications
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows clients and servers efficiently
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and user manuals
• Oversee mobile device management for Android and iPhone devices
• Support meeting room systems, video conferencing equipment, and printers

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT support or recent graduate in IT, minimum high school level
• Strong interest in technology and current IT trends
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Solution-oriented with high degree of flexibility
• Customer-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
• Proficient in written and oral communication in both Norwegian and English
